Solution: Run in Win7 compatibility mode, it is recommended to run the software on the Win7 system

Solution: Check if you have opened the burning files for version B or E of the Infineon. Our programmer can only open burning files compiled by our compiler

3. How to communicate with the burning machine in the new version of the burner

Solution: Refer to the new version of the burner help manual

Solution: The burn-in PCB board silk screen has a clear definition

5. The burner reads OTP and prompts that the chip is encrypted

Solution: When burning, if the encryption configuration is set to 'on', the verification code cannot be read; If the encryption bit is selected as off, only the verification code can be read

6. After installing the burner, it cannot be connected

Solution: Check if the driver is installed; Is the USB port in normal contact; Run with administrator privileges

7. Selection of precision for configuration and adjustment of the upper computer of the burner

Solution: It is recommended to choose 2% oscillator tuning accuracy. Choosing 1% will sacrifice yield, while choosing 0.5% yield will be even lower, to around 3%

8. How to Implement Rolling Codes with Software

Solution: Use RETIA 0x00 instruction and use CALL instruction in the program to check the scrolling value

9. Is the sorting machine of low quality, with 1FFF and frequent material jamming on the burner?

Solution: Change the needle at the workstation, shorten the needle distance, clean and polish the material preparation port, and ensure normal operation.

10. The communication between the burner and the automatic sorting machine cannot be established

Solution: Insufficient low push caused the fully automatic sorting machine to not detect low level, but after modifying the resistor, it returned to normal

11. What is the principle of adjusting the frequency of the 706 burner

Solution: For example, selecting ± 0.5% means correcting the chip frequency to within ± 0.5% of the standard frequency range; Possible within ± 0.5% range

12. The burner was fine yesterday, but today it can't connect. What's the problem?

Solution: I have tried changing my computer but it still doesn't work. Solution: Right click on the burning software icon, then click on the location where the file is located. There will be many lower computer upgrade tools inside, and then click on the 153 lower computer upgrade tool to upgrade. Problem solved. The reason is that the update was interrupted during the process of updating the lower computer by the customer.

13. 152-SOP8 empty chip inspection, no frequency dialog box pops up, how to solve it?

Solution: When checking for empty spaces, it may prompt that there is no frequency. Possible problems include:

1. The chip is not properly placed.

2. The adapter board is incorrect or not properly plugged in.

3. The chip is incorrect or damaged.

Troubleshooting methods:

1. Check if the chip is placed correctly, if the foot position is correct, and if it is placed against the bottom.

2. Try a few more chips to see if they can be emptied.

3. Try replacing the 701 adapter board, or insert the adapter board firmly.

Finally, by searching for the chip batch number, it was found that the chip model was incorrect.

14. The burner shows that no device is connected.

Solution: Check the hardware connection and update the burner again.

All checks have been completed, the device connection is normal, and the burner has been updated again, showing that the target microcontroller has been continuously detected.

Solution: Check if there is a short circuit or open circuit in the hardware. Finally, it was discovered that there was a short circuit on pins 2 and 3 of the programmer 7805.

15. After upgrading 152-SOP8, the upper computer displays' not connected '.

Solution: After upgrading, you need to click to open the file in order to display the connected devices.

152-SOP8 burning failed.

Solution: Which adapter board is used?

The adapter board uses 152-SOT23-6.

Solution: 152-SOP8 adapter board, using 701 adapter board.

16. What is the power supply principle of the adapter board when the burner is not connected and the LCD screen does not display?

Solution: According to the working voltage of the chip, connect the power supply through the adapter board, and then supply power to the main chip of the burner and writer.

17. The burner update failed and the LCD screen is not displaying.

Solution: Right click on the burning software icon, click on the location where the file is located, click on any lower computer upgrade tool in the installation directory, and manually upgrade the lower computer to solve the problem.

Analysis reason: The customer interrupted the update while using the burning software to update the lower computer, resulting in the program not being fully downloaded to the lower computer, the lower computer program not being completed, and unable to communicate normally with the upper computer. Only by re upgrading through the upgrade tool can the problem be solved.

18. Handling customer inquiries regarding burning:

A. 2711 empty chip detection failed, ask the customer to check if the adapter board is correct, if the adapter board is properly plugged in, and if the chip is properly placed.

B. The upper computer and lower computer versions of the burner do not correspond. Ask the customer to upgrade the lower computer program. When the upper computer pops up with the "upper and lower computer version numbers do not correspond" interface, click OK to enter the upgrade interface, select the correct port, and click Upgrade.

C. The customer reported that the lower computer cannot be upgraded and has been stuck in the upgrade process. Solution: After clicking upgrade, press the RESET button on the burner.
